Balwyn Roof Restoration

This Balwyn roof restoration we carried included water blasting the roof, gutters and downpipes, replacing all broken and chipped tiles, repointing in flexible pointing, applying terra glaze on the roof.  This roof has not been maintenance for more than 30 years, all ridge capping required full re-bedding and repointing.  Lichen is thick and all over the surface.

Terra Glaze was applied to the roof.

Roof Restoration Procedure:

Pressure clean terracotta tiled roof
Replace broken tiles caps
Full rebedding and repointing of ridge caps and valleys

Mould rid tile noses
Apply Terra Glaze
